Abstract

Benign paroxysmal torticollis (BPT) of infancy is characterized by recurrent episodes of torticollis during infancy with associated features, and it resolves by 2-5 years of age. Infants may develop vertigo in childhood and migraine later in life. It is felt that BPT is a precursor of migraine in children.
