Abstract
Elbow fractures are among the most common pediatric fractures. Clinical diagnosis is often difficult due to similarities in injury mechanism and presentation. Imaging is usually required to supplement clinical findings to reach a timely diagnosis. Furthermore, imaging findings can direct proper management. Knowledge of pediatric skeletal anatomy and development is essential to this process. In this article, we review imaging features of the skeletally immature elbow and common pediatric elbow fractures.
