Abstract
Both single and multiple dosing bioavailability studies of the two sustained-release theophylline products, Slo-bid Gyrocap® and Theo-Dur®, in healthy volunteers indicate a complete and comparable extent of absorption. Slo-bid Gyrocap® demonstrated a much slower absorption profile than Theo-Dur®.
